Job Description

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Operate cashier systems and handle cashless and cash payment transactions accurately
  • Take customer orders and assist with preparation and serving of pastry and confectionery items
  • Ensure shelves and display areas are consistently stocked and well presented
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store and service areas
  • Promote and recommend products to customers based on their preferences
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Level
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
