Class 3 Delivery Driver

Annie's All Natural makes Greek yoghurt and cultured creams for Singapore's leading hotels and specialty retailers. We're a small, stable team with high standards, where everyone pulls their weight and looks out for each other. We're looking for someone dependable and professional who can work independently, take ownership of their responsibilities, and fit into a team that cares for each other but takes its work seriously.

About this Role

This is a dual-function role split between delivery driving (70-80%) and food production support (20-30%).You'll be the face of Annie's on the road, representing our brand with professionalism and care, while also contributing to our production operations at our Mandai facility.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Candidates must be fully comfortable and have at least 1 year experience driving a Class 3 manual transmission vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

Deliveries & Logistics (70-80%)

. Operate the company vehicle safely across Singapore execute routes efficiently to meet delivery windows.

. Pack, check, and load orders with care, maintaining cold chain integrity and packing accuracy.

. Ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and correctly matched to each order.

. Represent Annie's professionally with every client interaction: punctual, courteous, and solution-oriented.

. Maintain clear delivery records and flag any issues promptly.

. Keep the vehicle clean, organised, and road-safe at all times.

Production Support (20-30%)

. Assist with food preparation, packaging, and machine operation and cleaning.

. Maintain production hygiene and cleanliness standards.

. Support stock checks, goods receiving, and documentation.

. Participate in day-to-day facility upkeep and ad-hoc production tasks comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 25 kg.

Requirements

. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

. Minimum 2 years driving experience with a clean record (subject to verification).

. Fully comfortable driving a manual transmission vehicle (non-negotiable).

. Fluent in reading and writing English (for order forms, SOPs, and client communication).

. Good knowledge of Singapore roads and route planning.

. L1 Food Hygiene Certificate (highly valued we will sponsor training or recertification if required).

Working Schedule

. Alternating A/B weekly roster: Week A is 5 days (Mon-Fri) Week B is 6 days (Mon-Sat).

. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM on selected days or as required).

. Saturday (Week B only): 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

. Overtime pay applicable for hours worked beyond the standard schedule.

. May occasionally be required to work public holidays, leave-in-lieu provided.

Compensation & Benefits

. Base Salary: S$2,700-2,900/month post-probation(commensurate with experience).

. Overtime pay in accordance with MOM regulations.

. 3-month probation period confirmation based on performance.
