Job Responsibilities:
. Check client's eligibility of medical benefits
. Check validity of claims prior to data entry into system
. Data entry of medical claims for both outpatient and inpatient services within a strict timeline
. Count, sort and stamp all incoming claims received
. Scan weekly invoices
. Prepare letters of rejected claims
. Process medical claims reimbursement and generate report
. Problem solve operational and system issues
. Handle client enquiries via phone and email
. Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
. Meticulous and detailed at work with accuracy of data entries into system
. Responsive to client needs
. Team player
. Problem solver
. Willing to learn and adaptable to working environment with minimal supervision
. Able to work within KPIs set
. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
