Claims Recovery Executive (6 Months Contract) JRP

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders and assist with third-party claim submissions and recovery.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and follow up on claims.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim outcomes.
• Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related studies.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in insurance claims recovery or customer service.
