- Contact and engage policyholders to support claims recovery process
- Assist customers in submitting claims to third parties
- Persuade and guide policyholders to complete required claim actions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls following SOPs
- Ensure all call activities and outcomes are properly recorded and tracked
- Support achievement of claims recovery targets
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company risk policies
- Identify and highlight potential risks or issues
- Stay aware of industry and regulatory updates affecting claims processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
