Job Description

  • Contact and engage policyholders to support claims recovery process
  • Assist customers in submitting claims to third parties
  • Persuade and guide policyholders to complete required claim actions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls following SOPs
  • Ensure all call activities and outcomes are properly recorded and tracked
  • Support achievement of claims recovery targets
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company risk policies
  • Identify and highlight potential risks or issues
  • Stay aware of industry and regulatory updates affecting claims processes
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
