About the Job

• Manage the end-to-end processing of Property and Engineering claims across Direct, Co-insurance, and Facultative inward business.

• Oversee Liability portfolios, including Public, Professional, and General Liability for both Direct and Co-insured accounts.

• Handle diverse claims ranging from Hospitalization and Personal Accident to Foreign Worker Medical and Travel insurance.

• Administer specialized miscellaneous claims such as Plate Glass, Burglary, and Directors & Officers (D&O) liability.

• Conduct thorough reviews of active claim files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with reinsurance brokers and independent surveyors to facilitate the claims settlement process.

• Partner with the internal finance department to streamline and authorize claim-related payments.

• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management or regulatory bodies.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven expertise in handling complex technical claims within Property, Engineering, and Liability sectors.

• Strong understanding of medical-related insurance products and miscellaneous general insurance lines.

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with external stakeholders like brokers and adjusters.

• Analytical mindset for file auditing and claim assessment.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance teams on settlement logistics.
