We're looking for a Claims Executive (WICA) to join our Singapore team.
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims, working closely with employers, policyholders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to deliver fair, timely, and high-quality claims outcomes.

What You'll Do
Claims Management
- Manage end-to-end Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims from notification through settlement
- Investigate claims, review policy coverage, and assess liability and compensability
- Negotiate and settle claims within established authority levels
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Build positive relationships with clients, employers, policyholders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate proactively, professionally, and empathetically throughout the claims process
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Risk & Compliance
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate where appropriate
- Adhere to SLA and regulatory requirements
- Process and request external financial payments accurately
Documentation
- Maintain accurate, thorough claim records in line with company standards
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- CGI (Singapore) qualification is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on WICA claims experience
- Experience managing claims from notification through settlement
- Familiarity with claims investigation, policy interpretation, and liability assessment
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of WICA legislation, claims handling practices, and policy interpretation
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working shifts when required
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
