Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defense and public security sector.
With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire a Claims Associate for their Tanjong Pagar office to proactively manage claims for grant distribution.

- Manage grant disbursement for various fundings to ensure timely and accurate payment to the beneficiaries or grantees.
- Verify correctness and completeness of claim against checklist and/or supporting documents.
- Prepare claim memo and create claim in the system.
- Attend to escalated enquiries and liaise with external parties for clarification.
- Collation of data/ information/ statistics for reporting.
- Using RPA tools for automating daily operational tasks.
- Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
If you are someone with the following, let's chat!
- Degree in accountancy, finance or business with at least 1 year of relevant work experience or diploma in the same field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with a degree in Physics/Mathematics/Economics, who are confident in handling data and numbers, can be considered.
- Experience in the public sector grants or claims processing or handling of grant disbursement would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets confidently. Must be comfortable working with complex spreadsheets and handling substantial volumes of data.
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team.
