1. Process claims applications including eligibility checks and document verification
2. Coordinate with claimants, training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required document
3. Track claim processing status and update internal systems and database accurately
4. Manage appeals and enquiries on claim applications in accordance with established service standards and response timelines
5. Participate in continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and transparency
6. Provide support to other projects
1) At least A level or Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement and refund
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Diligent and committed to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
