Accident Claim Advisor
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job duties:
- Assess and review accident-related claims to determine the appropriate compensation amount.
- Liaising with claimants, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs, replacement of damaged items, and any other related expenses.
- Ensuring all claim-related processes and documentation are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support and advice to the claims team on technical and legal aspects of accident-related claims.
- Stay updated in industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the insurance or claims industry, preferably in a similar accident claim estimator role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A thorough understanding of industry regulations, policies, and best practices related to accident claims
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for claim processing and documentation
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Yishun
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday, 9.30am to 12pm
