Job Description

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) and comprehensive cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tender.
Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies and technical requirements.
Ensure full compliance with LTA/PUB tender specifications, requirements, and prescribed pricing formats.
Compile and submit competitive and timely tender proposals in accordance with submission deadlines.
Perform post-tender analysis and provide support during contract negotiations.
Assist with variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control activities during project execution, where required.
