CIVIL SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on site
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site engineers
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress, manpower allocation, and site productivity
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
• Enforce safety rules and WSH compliance at site
• Report site progress and issues to Project Manager/Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in civil construction supervision
• Knowledge of structural works, earthworks, concreting, and finishing works
• Ability to read construction drawings and site plans
• Familiar with Singapore construction safety standards (WSH)
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• CSOC certification preferred
