Assist Resident Engineer to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Resident Engineer.
Assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of construction works on site, as and when directed by the Consultant Team
Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
Ensure all works including temporary works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
Maintain site records.

Job Requirements
ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
Minimum 8 years working experience as a Resident Technical Officer. Those who possess QA/QC experience in Precast fabrication, production and construction will have added advantage.
Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil & Structural related to building projects.
Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.
A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD will have an added advantage
