Job Description

Position: Civil & Structural Design Engineer
Location: Bugis
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy

Main Responsibilities:

Undertake civil and structural design development, detailed design calculations and drawings.
Prepare and review structural drawings, technical reports, specifications and project documentation.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
Plan, coordinate, manage and monitor C&S project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure designs comply with Eurocodes, Singapore Standards, BCA requirements and applicable codes of practice.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
At least three years of relevant civil and structural design experience, preferably in consultancy or construction.
Familiar with Eurocodes, Singapore Standards, BCA requirements and local authority procedures.
