JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Inspect ongoing work and resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications before execution.
- Conduct site measurements and ensure work is completed accurately.
- Assist in project planning, quality control, and timely project completion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- FOREIGN WORKERS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Passport should be valid.
- Ready to relocate to Singapore after selection.
