Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil Package)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for reinforced concrete and structural works.
• Manage tendering activities for RC packages, including preparation of tender documents, bid analysis, and recommendations.
• Monitor and control project costs, including variation assessments, to ensure works remain within approved budgets.
• Carry out site measurements and valuations for progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts related to RC works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on cost, valuation, and contractual matters for structural components.
• Support contract administration activities, including contract reviews, variation claims, and cost negotiations for reinforced concrete works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: West
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
