Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Civil Project Manager to manage construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore. The candidate will oversee project planning, site execution, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute civil engineering projects from start to completion
- Oversee site operations, progress, and coordination with subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and project specifications
- Monitor project schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Manage contracts, procurement, variation orders, and claims
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations under Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation
