Civil Project Engineer - MNC

Job Scope

• Manage the day-to-day activities of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation

• Collaborate with the project team, including architects, designers, and construction workers, to coordinate the integration of civil engineering components

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of their skills

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Project Engineer, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry

• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• A thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management methodologies

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
