Your impact
As a Civil Package Lead, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and coordination of a multi‑billion‑dollar Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) programme.
Your responsibilities include
- Lead and coordinate civil design delivery across multiple WRP‑civil site wide related infrastructure and treatment facility packages, in close collaboration with the Project Manager and multidisciplinary package leads.
- Lead and oversee site investigations, utility investigations, geotechnical assessments, topographical surveys, and condition assessments.
- Manage and drive the design permitting and consultation process, coordinating submissions and responses with statutory authorities and utility agencies.
- Act as a primary client‑facing site wide design representative, managing expectations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Lead and chair design and client coordination meetings, overseeing preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
- Provide technical leadership for civil engineering design, utilities, process hydraulics and pressure pipelines.
- Oversee preparation and review of tender documents, design reports, drawings, technical specifications, and design deliverables.
- Maintain governance of design documentation, ensuring proper control, review, approval, and archiving in accordance with project requirements.
- Support construction and site teams on design‑related matters, including review of investigations, resolving design clarifications, and addressing constructability issues.
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess
- Minimum a Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a Singapore PEB-recognized university
- 10+ years of relevant experience in design and delivery of large-scale civil or water / wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants or industrial facilities.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated experience leading civil engineering development packages through detailed design, tender and construction implementation phases.
- Experience in managing interfaces across multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, utility agencies, and stakeholders within complex infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
- A self-driven, collaborative mindset, with a desire to grow professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
