Thoroughly and actively follow up on and understand the overall progress of the site's operations with keen interest
Manage Subcontractor works and attend Inspection with RE/RTO
Attend meetings with various stakeholders and authorities (PUB, LTA, SPPG, TELCO and etc.) where sharp conflicting interests are involved, and be able to articulate opinions
Accurately identify and report on key issues concerning the progress of the site's operations to the manager
When decisions are needed regarding key issues, accurately evaluate the opinions of other stakeholders and provide advice to the manager
Proficiently handle documentation and record-keeping tasks related to key issues at the site
Any other site work given by manager
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer
Past experience in Infrastructure (Road, Sewer, Drain) projects is preferred
