Job Description
We are looking for a committed Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to support our structural and reinforced concrete (RC) works. New joiners are welcome - on-the-job training will be provided, and you will follow senior staff to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and coordinating structural and RC works on site
- Liaise with main contractor/clients, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor site progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance
- Prepare daily reports, site documents, and technical submissions
- Support senior engineers in planning manpower, materials, and work sequencing
- Attend coordination meetings when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome
- Knowledge of structural or RC works is an advantage
- Able to read structural drawings and reinforcement details
- Responsible, willing to learn, able to work independently and within a team
- Able to work in a construction site environment
