Civil Engineer

Supervise and monitor civil and structural works on-site

Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and regulations

Prepare method statements, construction schedules, and technical reports

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction issues

Monitor progress and report any deviations from schedule or scope

Ensure proper implementation of quality control and health & safety measures

Assist in material take-offs and verification of site quantities

Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Prepare as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion

Analyzing survey reports, long-range plans, maps and other data to design new projects

Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage

Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget

Forecasting design and construction timeline

Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages
