Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform the on-site destructive and non destructive tests for construction/civil projects
• Develop new and customized procedures, as well as prepare reports
• Design and set-up text fixtures for customized test procedures
• Review SOP, risk assessments and ensure compliance to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to resolve engineering issues or testing requirements
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of various equipment
• Conduct site inspection with other engineers

Key Requirements

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in construction, soil investigation, instrumentation or testing industries
• Possess Class 3 or higher Singapore driver license
• Familiarity to ISO 9001 and 17025 standards would be an added advantage
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude
