Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work
Prepare Bill of Quantities, work schedule for execution
Prepare drawings and reports for communication with relevant stakeholders
Conduct site supervision to ensure works are carried out in accordance to design codes and specifications
Ensure quality control of works and manage defects and rectification works
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements and related Singapore statutory regulations
Check on works carry out by subcontractors, workers and suppliers
Liaise with sub-contractors on technical issues
