Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor construction activities and site progress, ensuring works are carried out safely and according to plan.
- Plan and schedule works in line with the master and detailed construction programmes.
- Liaise with the Professional Engineer on temporary works and coordinate with consultants (QPS) on technical matters.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, resolving technical and engineering issues on site.
- Guide and manage supervisors and workers to ensure quality standards, safety, and site housekeeping are maintained.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports and method statements, and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
