Key Responsibilities:
Project planning: Prepare, review, and implement project plans and designs.
Site supervision: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
Quality assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to maintain quality control.
Cost management: Estimate budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Team coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure projects meet legal and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a six-day work week schedule.
