CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the site labour force and subcontractors to ensure efficient and compliant work execution
• Resolve site-related technical problems promptly to maintain project progress and safety standards
• Report project progress clearly and regularly to management for informed decision-making
• Coordinate site activities with operations, site managers, and supervisors to align work efforts and schedules
• Review and approve Risk Assessments to ensure all project risks are identified and mitigated
• Organize and lead safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance on site
• Collaborate with operation managers, site managers, and personnel to identify and address work risks proactively
• Oversee quality control, safety, and health matters on site to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance
• Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules with the required workforce according to master and detailed work programmes
• Assist in tendering processes and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project and organizational goals
