Job Description

  • Assist Project Manager/Director in all aspects of works.
  • Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
  • Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
  • Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
  • Responsible for all Construction site matters including Safety, Quality and Productivity
  • Attend all site meeting on work progression.
  • To submit the progress claim on every month.
  • Provide technical support during the construction process and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that the project meets the needs of the client.
