Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies to develop basic and detailed engineering designs that meet project objectives and technical standards
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Oversee project execution to ensure full compliance with legal regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Lead and motivate team members by providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and minimize risks during construction activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Building Construction works
