Job Summary
Manage commercial and residential projects independently by planning, scheduling, and executing tasks. Coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute commercial and residential projects independently to meet project goals
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project implementation
- Inspect project sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and health regulations
- Manage project documentation systematically to maintain accurate records
- Certify completed jobs and prepare progress claims to support project billing
- Provide technical support during tender preparation to enhance proposal quality
- Lead teams to perform work in compliance with safety regulations, aiming for zero workplace accidents
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management, or any related discipline
- Proficiency in CADWorx or AutoCAD software
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the workforce
- Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work late hours and lead teams
