Job Description
. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards, highlighting any discrepancies
. Prepare and align the project schedule with the Project Master Schedule and notify the Project Manager of any potential issues that could affect timelines or budget
. Monitor daily site progress and prepare detailed reports on tasks completed
. Coordinate with the design team on any technical or site issues and attend design and weekly meetings to stay aligned with project requirements
. Participate in internal coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project progress
. Lead daily tool-box meetings and pre-start meetings, providing guidance to supervisors and workers to ensure adherence to the work plan and safety standards
. Conduct site inspections with Clients, RE/RTO, and close any RFI comments
. Supervise daily operations on-site and report directly to Project Manager
. Monitor and approve worker timecards, tracking attendance and productivity
. Ensure all site works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and drawings
. Oversee instrumentation readings and report abnormal findings to management for timely resolution
. Maintain effective communication with RE/RTO, and Project Manager regarding site activities and status updates
. Foster and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
. Ensure all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
. Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction field / fresh graduate is welcoming to apply
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and civil engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
