Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project execution by planning and ensuring work aligns with the master program. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site coordination issues. Work effectively with the project team to address and solve technical challenges in building projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project activities to ensure adherence to the master schedule and timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with consultants to identify and resolve technical issues impacting project progress
- Manage on-site coordination with subcontractors to address and resolve site-related challenges
- Collaborate with the project team to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project milestones and reporting progress to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building project management and execution
