Job Summary

Support the Manager in daily planning and lead operation teams to execute fieldwork and testing activities, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and effective coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in daily operational planning to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review test reports to verify compliance with SAC-SINGLAS accreditation standards.
• Lead and coordinate operation teams to execute daily fieldwork and testing tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with contractors to coordinate and resolve issues during field operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, ITC (Higher NITEC), or NTC-2 (NITEC) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Familiarity with SAC-SINGLAS accreditation requirements for soil and concrete testing.
• Demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively as a team player.
