Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters
Participate in project planning and monitor progress and schedules, including preparing work plans, schedules, work procedures, safety analysis, clarifications, managing resources, and arranging procurement.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on project matters, provide solutions, handle documentation, and attend progress meetings
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and contractual requirements
Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports
Ensure supervisors, foremen, workers, and sub-contractors meet client and regulatory work requirements
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent discipline
Minimum 2+ years of construction experience is preferred
Experience of civil engineering works such as road works, earthworks, drainage works are an added advantage
