Job Summary

Support engineering teams by producing detailed structural and underground services drawings, NCE applications ensuring accuracy and compliance within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to develop precise layout and sketch drawings for project requirements
• Create and manage underground services drawings
• Apply AutoCAD/CAD skills to generate accurate technical drawings aligned with project specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify drawing requirements and updates
• Manage time independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
• Organize work tasks and solve drafting-related problems to maintain project quality and workflow
• Contribute as a proactive team player to support project goals and collaboration

Required competencies and certifications

• Auto Cad certification
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in the local construction industry
• Prefer Singaporean or PR

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills
