Lead coordination with project sites to align System Formwork and Scaffolding design plans with project timelines and objectives
Collaborate with architects, specialists and sub-consultants to integrate design inputs and foster professional development
Define project scope, establish design sequencing, develop production schedules and set key review milestones to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all designs comply with safety, environmental and regulatory standards by implementing QA/QC processes and leading design reviews
Serve as the primary client liaison to manage feedback, present design concepts and facilitate approvals with relevant authorities
Manage design documentation, control revisions and oversee the use of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley Staad Pro) to maintain technical quality
Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation and conduct risk assessments to mitigate budget and schedule impacts
Integrate procurement strategies throughout conceptual design, feasibility studies, detailed design, tender and construction phases
Prepare technical reports, design drawings, contract documents and presentations to support project execution
To perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:-
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural design and System Formwork
Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley Staad Pro)
