Job Summary

Lead and coordinate site construction activities to ensure timely project completion, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while providing technical guidance and supervision to site personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work with clients and subcontractors to ensure on-time project completion and attend site project meetings to communicate progress
  • Produce daily work progress reports to track and document site activities and milestones
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of site works to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Provide technical advice and supervise site personnel to ensure construction work aligns with specifications and requirements
  • Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations on site
  • Oversee daily construction activities to achieve project progress and quality goals
  • Supervise subcontractors and direct manpower to complete projects within budget and timeframe
  • Verify that construction work and materials meet specified standards and quality requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulations regarding safety, building plans, structural plans, and environmental issues
  • Prepare progress claims and subcontractor claim verifications to support project financial management
  • Lead or assist in RE/RTO inspections to ensure regulatory and quality standards are met

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Architectural knowledge to support construction planning and execution
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
  • Junior Executive experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • BCSS and other relevant certifications to enhance safety and compliance expertise
