Responsibilities
- Plan and implement analog/mixed-signal circuit solutions to optimize performance, verify simulations, and conduct testing
- Design high-performance, ultra-low voltage custom circuits under advanced processes, delivering integrable digital units or modules aligned with specific PPA requirements
- Select transistors, analyze layout effects, and simplify unit logic to enhance underlying circuit optimization
- Design and debug hardware for switch-mode power supplies, resolving technical issues during product development and mass production
- Design commonly used analog chips or IP, perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation, and plan and design layouts
- Extract timing library characterizations and design custom SRAM/DRAM/RRAM circuits
- Develop chip design processes and In-House EDA tools, track and optimize chip yield
- Evaluate principles, design, and verify circuit systems for products
- Complete or assist in PCB layout design
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or related fields
- Strong academic performance with curiosity, learning ability, and capability to transfer knowledge in new areas and related professional fields
- Understanding of IC development process with theoretical foundation in digital circuits, practical skills, and innovation ability
- Familiarity with microprocessor working principles and solid foundation in analog circuits, digital circuits, electromagnetic fields and microwaves, and signal processing
- Experience in single-board hardware design, simulation, implementation, and debugging
- In-depth understanding of power supply topologies, design, selection, and application of core components such as magnetics and power devices
- Experience in power supply design, development, and debugging
