Cinema Executive | Islandwide

Job Summary :

• Working hours and days : 44 hours per week

• Location : Islandwide

• Salary : $2400-$2800

We are looking for a dedicated Cinema Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all cinema workstations (Digital Box Office, Combi Point, Floor, Projection).

• Manage customer service recovery, group bookings, and voucher sales.

• Ensure security of premises and facilities.

• Oversee staffing productivity and scheduling.

• Handle cash management for opening and closing.

• Assist in preparing staff rosters.

• Maintain a functional and presentable cinema environment.

• Ensure staff follow proper operating procedures.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

• Train and coach Cinema Service Crew.

• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma holder and above with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry

• Facilitate and raise the level of employee engagement at all locations

• Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours

• Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate

• Must be fully vaccinated
