What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver awesome guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations - from planning, and administration of all cinemas, adhering to operational procedures and standards.
- Keep things running smoothly - schedules, shifts, training, and team spirit
- Implement initiatives to address undesirable situations, such as high staff turnover, and customer complaints.
- Work closely with the Manager on events, promotions, and exciting launches
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service (supervisory experience is a bonus!)
- Great people skills - friendly, confident, and team-oriented
- Able to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours.
- Positive attitude with a passion for movies and service
