CI Manager (Continuous Improvement / Aerospace / Precision Engineering / East)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the Division Manager to drive significant improvements in overall business performance. This role has a high level of impact and requires a comprehensive understanding of the business.

• Identify, implement, and successfully execute targeted projects and initiatives that lead to measurable operational, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.

• Develop and implement a structured framework across the organization to support continuous business improvement.

• Lead the adoption of the Barnes Enterprise System (BES) by providing training, coaching, and guidance, while driving engagement and ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering (Mechanical/Technical), or a related operational discipline is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience driving significant improvements in business performance.

• Practical, hands-on experience with business improvement methodologies and tools, supported by relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Theory of Constraints), with proven application in real-world settings.

• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with demonstrated leadership and drive.

• Solid understanding of operational excellence principles, with a proactive, hands-on mindset.

• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and numerical skills.

• Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
