Pinnacle Chiropractic Health Group Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor / BONE SETTER to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving patient health and wellness, comfortable managing a busy schedule, and able to build strong patient trust through clear communication, professionalism, and clinical expertise.
This role also includes supporting outreach initiatives, corporate events, roadshows, and promotional activities to increase public awareness of chiropractic care and support the clinic's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations by reviewing patients health history, including previous injuries, surgeries, lifestyle habits, and relevant health concerns.
- Perform physical assessments with focus on spinal health, posture, mobility, and range of motion.
- Recommend diagnostic x-rays where clinically appropriate and interpret x-ray findings to support patient care decisions.
- Develop and recommend suitable care plans based on assessment findings and clinical judgement.
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments in a professional clinic setting while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidence.
- Educate patients on chiropractic care, recovery strategies, posture awareness, lifestyle habits, and rehabilitative exercises to support long-term health.
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals where further medical evaluation or intervention is required.
- Build strong and positive patient relationships to encourage trust, compliance, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records, including consultation notes, treatment notes, care recommendations, and progress reports.
- Manage a high patient caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with clinic team members to ensure smooth clinic operations, consistent patient experience, and strong patient retention.
- Participate in internal training and development programmes to continuously improve clinical, communication, and service standards.
- Support the training and development of team members where required.
- Participate in roadshows, open houses, health fairs, corporate talks, community events, and other promotional activities to engage potential clients and raise awareness of chiropractic care.
- Work retail clinic hours, including weekends where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chiropractic from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of written and clinical examinations by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, or equivalent recognised chiropractic board examination.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including professional interpretation of x-rays.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong integrity, and high standards of professional conduct.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment.
- Willingness to participate in outreach, community, and promotional events.
