Chinese Language Teacher (Primary & Secondary Levels)
Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Chinese Language Teachers to conduct Chinese language enrichment lessons for students at the Primary and Secondary levels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, committed to supporting students academic growth, and able to engage learners effectively in a structured classroom environment.
Salary:
$2,600 - $3,300
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Chinese language enrichment lessons for Primary and Secondary students in accordance with the provided teaching plan and curriculum framework
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that support students language development and learning outcomes
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of students progress
- Prepare and complete termly assessments, evaluations, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students progress and areas for improvement
- Support general classroom management and administrative duties related to teaching activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education, Chinese Language Teaching, Linguistics, or a related discipline
- Prior teaching experience, particularly in the local education environment, will be an added advantage
- Passionate about teaching and committed to supporting students learning development
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hour:
- Tuesday -Sunday
- 8 hours per day between 8:30am - 9:30pm
