Plan and implement Chinese language learning programmes for young children while managing classroom safety, hygiene, and engagement to foster optimal development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Chinese learning programmes tailored to children's developmental needs to promote academic and personal growth
- Complete Chinese progress reports and maintain detailed portfolios to track each child's development and learning outcomes
- Create and maintain a stimulating, engaging, and pleasant Chinese learning environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Manage aspects of classroom operations to ensure smooth daily functioning and effective Chinese learning experiences
- Perform routine care duties to maintain safety and hygiene standards for children's well-being
- Collaborate effectively with staff and teachers to maximize benefits for children's learning and development in Chinese language
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster cooperative teamwork with colleagues to support a harmonious work environment
- Execute other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or the company to support operational needs
