Job Title: Chinese Curriculum Manager
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and manage the overall Chinese curriculum for the school/educational institution
- Develop teaching outlines and curriculum standards to ensure alignment with educational objectives
- Supervise and guide the teaching team to maintain high teaching quality
- Evaluate and improve existing courses based on student needs and learning outcomes
- Participate in textbook selection and development, ensuring rich and high-quality course materials
- Maintain effective communication with parents and the educational team to ensure smooth curriculum implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese Education or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Chinese curriculum management or teaching
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and teaching methodologies, with innovative thinking
- Team management experience, capable of training and motivating teachers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Fluency in English is preferred
