Position: Legal Content Developer
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70$80/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:2 months
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex nuances in legal practices in China, reflecting region-specific laws and terminology.
- Write fluently in both Simplified Chinese and English, ensuring precise legal terminology and nuanced expression.
- Provide cultural insights specific to the Chinese legal system.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while aligning outputs with legal standard practices in China.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native Mandarin speaker with strong written and spoken English.
- Advanced degree in Law.
- 26+ years of practicing law in China.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with assessment and rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
