Responsible for supervising and executing all chilled water piping works according to approved chilled water system drawings and specifications.
Reads and understands chilled water layout and schematic drawings to plan installation sequences, pipe routing, and connection details.
Overseeing pipe fabrication, welding or jointing, pressure testing, insulation, and ensuring all works meet quality and safety standards.
Coordinates closely with site teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth progress on site.
The supervisor also prepares daily reports, monitors materials and manpower, and ensures the chilled water system is properly tested and ready for commissioning.
Requirements:
Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in chilled water piping or ACMV system installation and supervision.
Able to read and understand chilled water system drawings, layouts, and schematics.
Good knowledge of piping installation, pressure testing, insulation, and safety requirements.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage site progress effectively.
