Design, implement, and secure high-speed network topologies for local cluster computing and general enterprise networking.

Data Protection & Compliance: Lead the implementation of pragmatic data governance frameworks and privacy-by-design principles tailored for Singapore-based SMEs, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations (PDPA) alongside global standards. Oversee cloud security best practices, implementing robust safeguards to manage security and access risks across hybrid local and cloud-based infrastructure.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Establish enterprise security protocols, encryption standards, access control policies, and data breach response procedures.

Budget & Operations: Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and resource allocation to optimize ROI.

Client Engagement & Enterprise Sales Support: Serve as a key technical leader in high-stakes customer meetings, supporting enterprise sales cycles by explaining complex technical architectures, data security measures, and product roadmaps to potential clients.

Venture Development & Incubation: Lead the incubation of operating subsidiaries, identifying niche opportunities for digital service expansion, and overseeing the deployment of the digital and AI solutions across subsidiaries. Manage the strategic roadmap for venture growth and cross-subsidiary shared-service optimization. Multiple disciplinary traditional responsibilities in areas M&E, Accounts, HR and administrative are added advantages.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Experience: 10+ years of progressive technology and engineering leadership experience in M&E / built environment sectors, with proven executive experience in strategic corporate management, operations, ventures and business transformation. Proven experience in venture incubation, startup operations, and navigating the complexities of holding company structures with operational subsidiaries.
