About the Role

BIENE Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO/COO) to work closely with the CEO in driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in technology, operations, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to build scalable systems, optimize business performance, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute organizational vision, strategy, and growth plans
• Translate business strategy into actionable goals, KPIs, and execution roadmaps
• Drive innovation through adoption of AI, automation, and digital transformation

Technology & AI Leadership

• Lead AI-driven initiatives including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent systems
• Define and implement scalable IT architecture, cloud platforms, and data strategies
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational efficiency and customer experience

Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations including technology, HR, finance, and business functions
• Improve productivity through process optimization and performance management frameworks
• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and implement corrective actions

Business Growth & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Support business development, partnerships, and expansion strategies
• Represent the organization in strategic discussions and industry engagements

People & Culture

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Build a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture
• Drive employee engagement and succession planning

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of leadership experience (CTO/COO/Head of Technology/Operations)
• Strong experience in AI, data analytics, and automation strategies
• Proven track record in strategic planning and business execution
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations
• Strong understanding of business functions (HR, Finance, Technology)
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in ITES, platform businesses, or digital ecosystems
• Exposure to fundraising and investor relations
• International business experience
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and financial management
