Role Description
A Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology leads the technology strategy, development, and implementation within an organization. This role drives innovation, oversees IT and engineering teams, and ensures technology aligns with business goals to deliver competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage engineering, IT, and product development teams

Qualifications:

- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills
